These
self catering apartments are in a small,
newly developed `MGM` style residence,
Residence Le Grand Balcon, and have
stunning views of the Mont Blanc mountain
range. The centre of Les Houches is a 10
minute walk which has all commerces -
supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ski/cycle
hire shops. They are between the Bellevue
and Prarion cable car stations, both a 5
minute walk away, linking you into the
sunny, tree-lined ski area of les houches
- perfect for beginners and intermediates.
It hosts the worlds downhill competition
each year and has plenty of runs for
everyone. There is a snowboard park.
There is a bus stop at the entrance of the
residence which provides easy access to
the centre of Les Houches and Chamonix
which is only 10km away, giving you a wide
range of skiing options and access to some
of the best skiing in the world.
There is an outside parking space.

Great also for mountain biking, rock
climbing, white water rafting, kayaking,
paragliding and walking in the summer.
There's a lake with a children's play
area, a tree top adventure course for
children and public tennis courts close
by. We also provide beauty and massage
treatments for our guests in resort.
There is a lift in the chalet to take you
to the different floors. Each apartment
has a balcony with two deck chairs which
over looks the gardens on the residence
and one of the best views of the village
of Les Houches and the Mont Blanc
mountains.

Our prices include linen, towels,
electricity, end of stay clean and all
taxes. We ask a damage deposit of 300
euros which is returned to you on check
