tennis courts and crag are a further 50m

away. Ski slopes pass behind the
Residence. Chamonix is only 8 kilometres away.
The apartment is 52m2 and has a double
room and a bunk room with sofa bed in the
lounge. The lounge opens onto a large
sunny balcony. Facilities include
dishwasher, X-Box with games, TV, DVD
player with films, CD player. The bathroom
has a bath and shower and there is a
separate wc. There is a personal ski
locker and off road parking.
